Founded by experienced energy professionals, our co-op was built to accelerate efficient, renewable, and commercially sustainable energy projects.
Our Members: Empowering Productivity
We have three types of members, each essential to our renewable ecosystem:
- Hosts – Owners of commercial, community, or rural properties with space for solar or other renewable systems.
- Commercial Contributors – Businesses that invest and support growth.
- EaaS Customers – Energy-as-a-Service clients who use the power we generate.
Hosts provide the sites, EaaS customers secure energy offtake, and contributors strengthen the co-op’s investment base.
How It Works: Building Energy Ecosystems
Our projects begin by pairing Hosts with EaaS customers, ensuring reliable offtake for generated power. Revenue comes from:
- Share purchases in the co-op
- Power sales to EaaS customers
- Participation in electricity markets
As our distributed generation assets grow, members benefit from both capital growth and reinvestment into community energy initiatives.
